Birthday Club signup. This form saves real contact details to Big Belly’s Birthday Club through Connect by me&u (Sprout). Big Belly’s final privacy notice and controller contact details must be supplied before the live campaign opens.

What this site saves

The form saves name, email, mobile, date of birth, age confirmation, acceptance of the competition terms and its timestamp, campaign attribution, referral code and any optional preferences. A secure session cookie lets you continue your entry without exposing your contact details in page URLs.

How information is used

Entries and reward administration are separate from marketing. The sign up form does not enrol you in email, SMS or WhatsApp marketing. Optional marketing measurement permits Meta attribution fields and tracking hooks; Google Tag Manager loads only after measurement permission. Operational events record saved entries and survey completion. Optional analytics distinguishes WhatsApp clicks from automatic opening attempts.

WhatsApp and referrals

Choosing the WhatsApp button opens the supplied community invite in the same tab. WhatsApp operates under its own policies. Depending on the group, other participants may see your phone number or profile. Referral links contain a random code, never your email or mobile number.

Final notice required

The launch notice must identify the data controller and contact, purposes and lawful bases, processors and transfers, retention periods, withdrawal and rights request routes, and complaint information. A retention period has not yet been confirmed. Connect by me&u (Sprout) receives your name, email, mobile, full date of birth and any birthday preferences you provide to administer your Birthday Club signup.
